Order Processing:

We aim to process all MAGLOCK™ orders within 1–3 business days.

Please note that certain factors may affect processing times, such as incomplete payment, inaccurate address details, or unusually high demand during peak seasons.
In such cases, our support team will contact you via email to confirm the details and ensure a successful delivery.

Shipping Time:

Our standard shipping time is:
United States: 7–10 business days
International Orders: 10–14 business days

Please be aware that some circumstances are beyond our control and may cause delays, including:
Severe weather conditions
Public holidays or customs inspections
Courier or logistics errors

While these variables are outside our influence, we will always keep you informed with the latest tracking updates and delivery information available.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible at supportmaglockhub@maglockhub.com.
We will make every effort to assist you; however, we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed or shipped to the warehouse.
If shipping has already begun, the order can only be handled through our Return & Refund Policy.
